Periodic Slab LAPW Computations for Ferroelectric BaTiO3
Linearized augmented plane wave (LAPW) calculations are performed for periodic (001) and (111) slabs of BaTiO3 to understand the effects of surfaces on ferroelectric BaTiO3.
